Keep your dental practice's compliance documentation organized and current.
Send us the documents and staff/training information you already maintain. We keep the records organized, track missing or expiring items, and maintain a dated evidence file you can retrieve when needed.
Month to month · First month refundable if it isn't useful · Cancel any time
A person and a checklist — not software to install. Not legal advice.
Where this usually goes wrong
- Training records and certificates are scattered across folders, email and paper.
- New-hire documentation gets missed because nobody has a free afternoon.
- Expired records are hard to spot until someone asks for them.
- Policies, attestations and logs live in several different places.
- Assembling the documentation takes manual effort every single time it is requested.
None of this is exotic. It is the normal result of running a practice with one office manager and no compliance officer.
What we do
Track
We keep your training records, attestations, policies and documentation organized in one place, under your own file structure.
Flag
We identify items that are missing or expiring, and tell you which ones need attention this month.
Maintain
We keep a dated record of what was added, changed or removed, and when — including new hires and departures.
Deliver
We maintain an organized evidence file you can request and receive as a dated package whenever you need it.
What you receive each month
A one-page status summary, plus an evidence file you can request at any time.
Illustrative example — not a real customer
Document status
| HIPAA training | 18 / 19 complete | 1 missing |
| OSHA training | 19 / 19 complete | — |
| Policy acknowledgements | 19 / 19 complete | — |
| Risk-analysis documentation | Current | — |
| Items requiring attention | 2 | review |
| Last review | September 13, 2026 |
This panel is a mock-up showing the format of the monthly summary. The numbers above are invented for illustration and do not describe any real practice.
How it works
- Send the documents you already have. Policies, training certificates, exposure control plan, logs, vendor list — plus a staff list with roles and hire dates.
- We organize and track them. Everything gets filed, dated and checked against a document checklist built for your practice.
- Each month you receive a status summary. What is complete, what is missing, what expires soon.
- Request the evidence file whenever you need it. You get a dated package with an index, the documents, and a change log.
What is included in the pilot
- Document organization, in a structure built for your practice
- Staff and training tracking (per person, per required item)
- Missing-item tracking
- Expiration and review tracking
- New-hire and departure checklist runs
- Dated change log — what changed, and when
- Maintained evidence file, delivered on request
- Monthly status summary
What is not included
This is a documentation-organization service. It is deliberately narrow. It is not:
- Legal advice
- Regulatory interpretation — we do not tell you what the law requires of your practice
- Compliance certification of any kind
- Any guarantee of HIPAA or OSHA compliance
- Any guarantee that an auditor, a regulator, an insurer or anyone else will accept the documentation we organize
- Representation before regulators
- A replacement for your compliance professional, consultant or attorney
- Access to your patient records — we do not ask for them and do not want them
If you need a legal opinion, a compliance program, a security assessment or breach response, you need a qualified professional. We keep the file organized so that conversation takes less time.

Questions
What do I need to provide?
A staff list (names, roles, hire dates) and the documents you already maintain — policies, training certificates, your exposure control plan, logs, and your vendor list. Plus about 30 minutes with whoever knows where those documents live.
Do you need patient records?
No. We do not want them and will not ask for them. If you use a shared folder to send documents, please keep patient records out of it. If we ever receive patient information by mistake, we stop, tell you, and delete it.
Do I need to install software?
No. There is nothing to install and no dashboard to learn. You send documents; you receive a monthly summary and a dated evidence file.
Is this legal advice, or a compliance certification?
No. We organize and track documentation. We do not interpret regulations, do not certify compliance, and do not represent you anywhere. If you need legal advice, talk to a qualified professional.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for. Your first month is refundable in full if the service turns out not to be useful.
How is my information handled?
Documents are kept in the folder structure you choose, plus our working copy. We hold staff names, roles and dates, the documents themselves, and your vendor list — nothing clinical. We do not sell or share your information, and we delete our working copy within 30 days of cancellation on request.
Is there a guarantee?
No. There is no guarantee of compliance and no guarantee that anyone will accept the documentation. The only commitment we make is the scope and turnaround described on this page.
Start with the documents you already have.
If your paperwork is mostly in order and you just need it kept that way, this is for you.
